		<description>With a weak dollar and the nearing of the bottom of the market, the U.S. will see a steady increase in international investors primarily from Europe and Asia. Shopping centers, office buildings, and multifamily (specifically student housing/off campus housing &amp; assisted living)will start looking more and more attractive with an improving economy and historically low prices.
