Happy Smiling Faces

Are you feeling pretty good in the morning? Odds are you live in a state that has a great deal of warmth and sunshine. Or your state starts with the letter M, because anyone who knows Montana at #7 and Maine at #10 are not the best states for warmth.

Louisiana leads the list, but the researchers do preface the results by saying that the study did start before Hurricane Katrina.

If you are looking to live where you will be the happiest, check out this list.

  1. Louisiana
  2. Hawaii
  3. Florida
  4. Tennessee
  5. Arizona
  6. Mississippi
  7. Montana
  8. South Carolina
  9. Alabama
  10. Maine

I live in Montana and it is a great place to be, even if it gets a bit cold in the winter. We do need to have higher incomes though, that is the challenge for the state.
