CenterCourt is Lexington’s Newest 3 point shot!

Downtown Lexington, Kentucky is getting a new addition that will fit this basketball town like a glove.

From WTVQ:

A project designed to bring new life to downtown Lexington is underway.

Investors and developers celebrated the groundbreaking of “CenterCourt” Thursday morning.

The project is the first venture to develop housing and retail under a new “mixed use” zoning ordinance in downtown Lexington.

CenterCourt will include upscale lofts, condos, and townhomes, paired with shopping and dining choices.

Center court is blocks away from the University of Kentucky and Rupp Arena.

Prices for the condos range from $130,000-$300,000.

Partners in the project include several banks, the Downtown Housing Fund, and the Lexington Downtown Development authority.

The developers web site has more information.
