We are all so busy, and when we are looking for a new house, it is drive around or surf the web to find that next house. One of the newest things that is coming out is the concept of podcasting for the realtors. They will create a verbal tour of the house for the customers, explaining the parts of the house that need special mention and providing insight into the community and that personal touch.
The new service, Propertycast by a la mode, is a service for realtors looking for that additional edge.
Personally, I think it is a great marriage of technology and the personal touch.
