On Long Beach Island NJ It seems our bubble burst was more like a hiccup. A couple of months now of listing prices being lowered here and there but a real sense now that they have pretty much bottomed out and the buyers are moving back in. Long Beach Island is a unique place and a lot of people want to own here I agree whole heartedly with the comments particularly as it relates to my local market.
