		<description>How can this happen in America? Don&#039;t the government read the constitution? My family almost went there on our trip for spring break, but we dicided to go another direction. My money will not be spent there. Not to hurt the general public though. Will the Mayor get to see your e-mails? I sure do hope so.  Thank-you  Kathy Bailey</description>
