Bubble Blogger Roundup
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
I have been knee deep this past week, and am finally getting caught up reading some of the good writing out there. Here are some of the Bubble bloggers better efforts this past week.
The Bubble Meter –To Buy or Not To Buy, That Is The Question – David has a passionate post on whether to buy or rent your next home if you live in a bubble market. I am liking David’s direction in recognizing bubble markets as opposed to a global bubble problem.
The Housing Bubble 2 – ‘Untested’ Loans A Risk To System: Feds – Ben Jones has been prolific the last few weeks, and this post is a well researched discussion on the proliferation of mortgages outside of the norm.
The Jersey Shore Real Estate Bubble – Open House Observations and More – The Jersey Shore Blogger went to open houses this week and made some observations. He is aimed at a specific locale, but has some good observations.
Enjoy!
