GE and Partners in Talks to Purchase Arden Realty
General Electric (GE) and other investors are in the final negotiations to purchase Arden Realty. Arden Realty is one of the larger Real Estate Investment Trusts in the country.

ABN AMRO Loses Records For 2 Million Mortgage Customers
ABN AMRO, the largest mortgage broker in Michigan, lost the records for 2 million of its customers.
Officials with ABN AMRO said they needed six tractor-trailers filled with first-class mail to reach all their customers. The firm has 4,716 mortgages around Grand Rapids and nearly 400 in the Holland area.

Median Home Prices in Marin County Up To $920,000
Wow, just when you think you could not be surprised anymore.
Despite slowing sales, Marin’s median single-family home price in November continued its recent climb, jumping to $920,000 from $914,250 in October, a real estate information service reported.
