Looking at the residential real estate market, certain markets are facing a bubble in valuation and supply. Is this the same for the commercial market in markets where there is a fear of a bubble?
My question to you is this, Do the residential and commercial real estate markets work in tandem or not? And after all the talking about the bubble, is the bubble a local problem or a national problem?
