The Bubble Bloggers were busy this week. Weak Numbers, a new year, and these folks are prolific. A few of our favorite posts that we enjoyed this week.
- Cole at The Boy in the Big Housing Bubble found an interesting calculator that helps potential do the buy vs rent decision.
- Patrick.net has a way out post. He finds the tin foil hat conspiracies on who caused the bubble. It brought a smile to my face.
- Bubble Meter interviews a25 year old potential buyer. An interesting look at the 1st home buyer looking at a bubble market. Interesting how if you slow down one part, it has the potential to slow down the whole velocity of a market.
- Housing Price Crash is a blog that pretty much just links to stories, but they are in England, so there is a new perspective reading through his posts. And there are many posts each day.
- The Northern New Jersey Real Estate Bubble (talk about targeting a niche) has coined a new term for Real Estate, “The Tsunami Effect”, to describe the ebb and flow of inventory going into a bubble market. Interesting and worth a look.
