Built in a partnership with Westgate Resorts, this comndominium and timeshare property will be connected directly to the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

The $750 million development will include more than 1,200 units, ranging in size from one to four bedrooms, increasing the hotel room inventory for the resort by 2,800 rooms. 1. when is the scheduled completion and open date for the towers?

    2. The project is expected to be completed in 2010 but it may happen sooner than that. I did the tour and acutally purchased 2 of the units. I think they are spectcular and if you love coming to Vegas as much as I do, then it is a great, great investment. I am so taken wth the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas that I am actually planning to relocate there within the next year!

    3. What is the price point of the lower end units?

    4. I just came from the Planet Hollywood LV and, as far as I can tell, there are no new towers under construction — just the fairly unimpressive PH Hotel-Casino. Any ideas when/if the new construction is in the works?

    5. I have a unit myself. The towers are behind the PH casino. They are slated for 2010 for occupancy but will open late 2009.

    6. I have a unit as well, when I purchased they were selling from15k - 75k depending on how many bedrooms, prices may be greater now that it is being built… you can check it out on the Westgate webcam…it is going to be SO beautiful!!!
