This is an amazing statement:
2006 will be the second-best year the real estate industry has ever experienced, RE/MAX chairman Dave Liniger said in a company statement today. via Inman Real Estate News
The article goes on to explain that 2006 will be a correction year, but that is a testament to how strong that 2005 was. I think that amongst all the talk of bubbles, we have to put the market into perspective . People who bought in 2005 will take some work to get whole in some parts of the country. Otherwise, to be in real estate is not a bad place.
