Then take the time and make the effort to know your area inside and out. There is no "secret" market where "insiders" buy properties for pennies on the dollar. That is total BS. Want to "buy" real estate with only a few thousand dollars? Well, there are plenty of people out there who have a bridge they will sell you. I don’t know what happened.
