I am linking the article from the Daily Herald from March 2008. We are a custom home builder in Kendall County (www.CLDesignBuild.com)and experienced firsthand the tremendous growth. We are still experiencing an increase in the real estate market, approximately 1.97%! I know that this blog was posted back in 2006, but wanted to post an update based on 2007 census reports. I'm actually surprised. I thought Loudoun would have risen to the top. Notice also that places like Riverside, CA and Las Vegas, NV don't show up and nearly everyplace (kidding) in Georgia was added. Clearly Flager County will have to be added to my watch list. Excellent and fast.
