		<description>Eminent Domain issues are certainly interesting, but I imagine more people will be affected by tax liens on their land over the coming years.  With the large run-up in prices, many have or will soon find a big uptick in their tax bill.  That&#039;s when things start to get really interesting.   My $0.02
