It's all hype. No one knows how good or bad the data is. I checed Zillow for my own home. The data was 10 years old. It showed the vacant land price fom 1996 before the house was even built. So yes, bring your Zillow data and try to make a home buying or selling decision. While the real estate agents have current data to get you real information.
