  1. I would expect Austin to be in this list. Besides UT we have quite a few universities. Additionally when people graduate with their PHD’s they frequently will do whatever it takes to stay. Austin is in a cesspoll of boring Texas cities so graduates will often scour the austin job market before looking to places like Houston and Dallas.
