Microsoft will be moving their sales offices to the Lincoln Square Tower in 2007 according to reports today. They will be taking over 320,000 square feet of space in the building when it is completed, with Eddie Bauer taking the remaining space on the 28 story building.
According to the developer, Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) will move its North American sales headquarters onto floors 14 through 28 when the building is completed in late summer of next year. Microsoft’s space, according to Kemper, has room for 1,300 people.
“It’s a perfect location — right in the heart of downtown Bellevue’s retail, dining and entertainment district,” said Kemper Freeman, chairman and CEO of Kemper Development Co., in a statement.
When completed, the entire Lincoln Square development will consist of 1.4 million square feet of mixed-use development, including the 540,000- square-foot office tower, the Westin Bellevue and 310,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. via Puget Sound Business Journal (Seattle)
