The childhood home of Tim Allen is for sale in the Country Club section of Denver. The home was where Allen grew up during his earliest years before the passing of his father at age 11. Tim Allen is best known for his role as the mis-stepping fixer upper in the hit series “home Improvements”.
The childhood home of “Tim the Tool-Man Taylor” is on the market for more than $1 million. Sparking electrical outlets, exploding dishwashers and other such hazards were not included.
The home, a perfectly safe one, includes some 2,500 square feet in Denver’s Country Club neighborhood.
Tim Allen, 53, spent his early childhood there. Dianne and David Marquardt have been calling it home for several years.
They’re now moving to Seattle to be closer to their grown children.
Allen’s parents, Gerald and Martha Dick, bought the house in 1955. Gerald Dick died in a car crash when Allen was 11-years-old. His mother later married her high school sweetheart and moved to Michigan. via cbs4denver.com .
