ForeclosureRealtyTrac released the 2nd quarter results for the Top 10 Forclosure Markets in the country. Interesting that the lower end markets with high growth have the highest rate of foreclosure. It looks like builders and mortgage brokers have made bets on future prosperity of these cities. Atlanta with its modest year over year growth has seen tremendous building by lower end builders trying to get the traditional renters into their own homes.
