Marylhurst University Offers Real Estate Bachelors Degree

MarylhurstMarylhurst University is offering a new Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. The coursework will be offered through remote education and what is great is this is not a fly by night school, but one of the more respected campuses in the Pacific Northwest.

For those that want to make real estate a career or are looking to refocus, programs like the real estate degree that Marylhurst is offering makes  a great deal of sense. For an industry with so much influence on our society and economy, the more education beyond how to properly fill out closing paperwork we can offer industry professionals, the better.

The program will be delivered in an accelerated format that can be completed in as little as 26 months. All courses in this new program will be administered online in five-week segments. No campus visits by students will be necessary. Students can study at their own pace to work around busy schedules.

Students in the online program will choose from four disciplines: real estate appraisal, property management, residential sales, and mortgage banking and lending. via The Portland Business Journal:
