Ed McMahon, the sidekick of Johnny Carson and host of Star Search, is selling his Los Angeles mansion with fantastic views of the ocean and canyons. McMahon is looking to get closer to the heart of Beverly Hills as he is getting along in years. The 7,000 square foot home is being offered for 7.7 million dollars.
The Los Angeles Times said the Mediterranean-style home features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, spa, sauna, library, sound studio and more. Located in a gated community, the house also offers canyon and ocean views.
The Times said McMahon is selling because he wants to move closer to the heart of Beverly Hills.
McMahon, 83, is best known for serving a Johnny Carson’s “Tonight Show” sidekick from 1962 to 1992. Since then, he’s made a few cameo TV appearances. via BostonHerald.com
