    1. I was recently searching for a new city to relocate to and happened across this great site, http://www.hearthstoneguide.com….it convinced me that upstate NY was the place to be. I just fell in love with the whole Saratoga Spring region, the horse racing, the beauty of the area, the great downtown….and I found a great house.

    2. Well, this is a shocker! Gosh, all of these places are cold, miserable and snowy or snowbound in winter. Who would have thought they’d also be the least desirable places to live, thereby the best buys?

    3. THEY ARE AFFORDABLE FOR A REASON: No one wants to live there!
