		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more!  In a good market it seems like every Joe and his uncle become real estate agents!  It&#039;s harder in my state to become a hairstylist (Thank God!) than it is to become a real estate practitioner...I sincerely hope standards are increased as the years roll by. Minimum standards in my belief would include issuance of a &quot;apprentice&quot; real estate license with certain minimum standards to be met by a certain time line. Also, to elevate from &quot;salesperson&quot; to &quot;broker&quot;, in my state one has to be affiliated with a broker for only a year.. That should be raised.. 

Oh, well.. wishful thinking...</description>
