Top 10 Least Expensive Communities For a 4 Bedroom Home

If you are looking to live in a typical priced middle class home, these are most inexpensive cities for a 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bath, 2,200 square foot home in a nice neighborhood. As we showed yesterday, the top 10 most expensive communities were all over 1.3 million.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, we the least expensive communities are typically rural and go for 10 percent of the most expensive communities.
