Unfortunately its not only home sellers who do not know where to advertise to find buyers. Too many realtors are also not aware of the best avenues to locate buyers.
A recent survey of technology and marketing trends revealed that 79 percent of realtors use printed media to attract buyers. The same survey also showed that 78 percent of buyers go the internet to find the home the intent to buy.
