I am glad I happened across this blog. It is very interesting to see aerial/elevated photography from the real estate point of view. I run an aerial photography business in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We use a specially built remote control camera to carry a camera into the air. We are able to capture photos from ground level to 500 feet which makes for some great photos and eye catching angles.

A couple links you might want to check out are:
http://www.rcapa.net/membership/showap/go.htm This lists aerial photographers by area.
Another link for those interested in what I/We can do check out my aerial photography blog at www.rcap.info/blog.htm

Whether you are a primary buyer, investor, or Realtor. We provide valuable information and superior match-making skills necessary to make your real estate experience more profitable and with less risk.

For Buyers:
Whether you are a first time home buyer or looking for an upgrade, the down payment can be daunting. Finding a partner to share in some of that upfront expense.

For Investors:
Sharing equity with the primary resident of your investment properties can ensure stability and care without the overhead of property managers.

For Realtors:
If the cost of home ownership dropped in half, would your client base double? As the Realtor expert in these arrangements, you will meet a whole new wave of homebuyers who were previously priced out of their own markets.

Come and let share the experience of unique home buying formula.

This could be a great feature to set your property apart from others, especially for higher-end properties. Showing off circular driveways, landscaping, position of home on the lot, etc., could all be done by angles of these photos. Curious as to what the cost is...

This is a great idea really and I think I'd use such a service if it was available in my area at a fair price. Seems to me though that the real estate community has a lot of work to do on the quality of their photos from the ground. Too many agents just don't seem to get the importance of capturing and using good images to market homes. Thanks for the heads up on this one.
