Realestate.com is scamming new and old agents into spending hard earned...sometimes going into debt...money on bad leads. In California you can expect to pay about $399 a month for 10 horrible leads. Many of which don’t want to be called or cannot qualify for any type of loan. Not to mention that this same lead is given to five agents (they will tell you only three!) also you must be the first to log on and get that lead...good luck! And if you want to cancel...plan on paying half of the fees owed on the remaining one year contract! I have five months left and they are trying to take $1000 dollars from me! I was terribly misled! I wish I never signed up for this or that someone warned me! They will promise you everything under the sun and deliver nothing! BEWARE! There is other low costs leads out there that are not on a contract...do your homework! I feel this was fraud and they have forced me into a corner! The market has turned and I cannot afford this...and I am stuck...should I take them to small claims court to get out? It’s your classic bait and switch marketing tactic…and I was the sucker who fell for it!
