FHALoanGuide

When I was first offered to do the review of Mortgage Loan’s Place’s FHA Loan Guide I was a little surprised as the site seemed a bit generic and that it was just for ranking purposes. But underneath the surface there is a great deal of information that the company should be proud of.

First of all they make no bones that this is a lead generation site. That is a good move as the potential customer knows exactly what is in store for them. If the customer is smart they will download their free FHA Loan Guide. This pdf document does an excellent job of explaining how an FHA Loan works and the different options available to buyers while explaining the requirements and criteria needed to be approved for these loans.

There are also a string of articles available that explain some of the more specific issues that face mortgage borrowers. Some of these articles are very informative such as IRS Revokes Non-Profit Status from DPA’s. The site has done a very effective job of mixing information and lead generation.

If I was a mortgage broker who was looking to redo their website, I would use the Mortgage Loan Place as an example of how to do it right. The mix of information and calls to action are effective and well done. Today’s consumer does not want a pure in your face sales push. The days of putting a site up and saying call me are over.

But The Mortgage Loan Place FHA Loan Guide has given the potential borrowers an informative informational package before trying to close. In todays market that trust building will go a long way.
