		<description>Great article.  It seems like a very sticky situation because the company obviously wants these people but they don&#039;t want to be stuck with selling their house.  Additionally, the employee may really want the job but may pass because of the hassle of selling.  Your article has shed light on an area I never really thought about much.  Great job.</description>
