WALB has just post that Frank Spring has been linked to about 8 different marijuana houses from Atlanta to Panama City, FL. It seems that Frank Spring is now the mastermind behind the operation. Also, I think it is ridiculous for people to speculate that a builder/developer/broker is involved. It's just a shame for people to run their mouths who don't know a thing about anything. It actually is the "A" team.
