		<description>The Chinese residents that sell to these developers have to go somewhere. They will probably use the proceeds of selling their property to developers to open a new restaurant somewhere. So the Chinese element is still there, just more spread out</description>

		<description>Some of these developers just dont understand what has made these areas sought after it is because the have a diverse architectural mix and that once condo blocks and shoppings centers are added it loses its appeal thus in the long run putting prices down</description>
