Britney Spears Selling Beverly Hills Home She Bought Last Year

The tumultuous rel estate world of Britney Spears, although seemingly calm compared to the rest of her existence, took another turn as the Beverly Hills home she purchased after her divorce is now for sale. The new sale price is 7.2 million compared to the 6.9 that she paid for it last year. According to reports the home will be fully furnished.

Here is my question, and I do not mean to be completely snarky, but watching the past performances by Britney Spears since she bought this home, would you trust her taste in home furnishings? About the only thing I know for certain is that panties will not be coming with the home…

The singer first put her Tuscan Villa-style home on the market in February, just three months after she bought it, for $7.2 million.
Spears, who also has a property in nearby Malibu, decided against selling the house in April, following a month in rehab.
Now the six bedroom property, which comes complete with a media room and maids’ quarters, is being offered for $7.5 million — and the pop superstar is offering up her furniture as an added incentive.  via SFGate: Daily Dish
