Great Customer Service Story - Jott.com

I was perusing the r.e. Revealed site (formerly Austin Realtors Wives) and saw a great post by Lani on an issue she had with the Jott.com service. Due to a technical blip her phone did not go to the service that lets you leave notes to yourself that get transcribed and sent as a email. Instead after a couple of calls to dead air she got a Spanish speaker.
But that is the prelude not the story. 26 minutes after the post went up, the CEO of Jott.com, John Pollard, replied in her comments letting her know that he would look into the problem. Then in less than 2 hours he has the problem fixed and reported to Lani what occurred.
I have never used the service but right after this post is done I am signing up. The level of service that Jott.com offers is exactly where busy real estate professionals should be looking to give their business. And what is even cooler, the service is still free.
So go give Jott a look. I know I will give it a spin.

I’ve updated the article to reflect that I spent even MORE time with them about details as small as the dialect of Spanish spoken. They are really great and for something that’s FREE, it can’t be beat!
I find it most useful when driving or in a home to remind myself of little details; when I get to the office, all my “notes” are in my email Inbox- sweet!

I’ve been a jotter for a little while, and personally I haven’t had problems to where I had to report to customer service, but after reading Lani’s article, I will be looking forward to TOP support! So far, I absolutely LOVE jott for the app, but now I know I can love them for even more. Thanks for being #1 jott!
