In our post last year we featured the Top 10 Haunted Houses in America just before Halloween. This year we will count down and feature each one of these haunted homes every day in anticipation of Halloween.
Number 10 – Erebus Haunted House, Pontiac, Michigan

Guinness Book of World Records entered Erebus 4 Story Attraction as the World’s Largest Walk-Through Haunted Attraction in 2005 and it still retains the title according to the website. Erebus features state of the art special effects and makeup that is at a Hollywood quality level. What makes Erebus a top 10 site is that the actors actually touch you as you work your way through the building.
Designed to get the blood pumping and scare the heck out of young and old Erebus is a feature in Pontiac.

Actually, when I went this year, they had everyone sign wavers giving the actors full permission to touch you and and pull you away from your group.

“dude” they are allowed to touch you, thats why they have you sign a waiver. i live in michigan and i checked it out last year with my uncle and all my cousins, we had a blast; but the sad thing is it really wasnt that scary and one of the actors pushed my 300 pound uncle down to the ground and broke his arm
