Compucram2If you have decided to become are real estate professional you are going to have to take state licensing tests to get your real estate license. And if you are like most people over the age of 30, it has been a long time since you have taken a test in any form except to get your drivers license.

That is why CompuCram has their Real Estate Exam Software, and has bought a paid review for it through ReviewMe on this site. Passing your states real estate exam may not be the hardest test in the world but every bit of help is worth it. Computerized sample questions will get you prepared for the test and make you comfortable with the types of questions that will be asked.

Personally I have used this type of exam software package twice in my life and they have been very effective. When I was 18 and got my US Coast Guards Captains License, I went into New York City to sit in front of a computer terminal to practice answering the questions for the competency exam. Later in life when I got my MCSE computer certification I did thousands of practice exam questions on my home computer. Both times I passed all of the exams with flying colors and it is why I believe in computerized test prep question programs.

CompuCram offers licensing software training for real estate sales, real estate brokers, Appraisers, Mortgage, Home Inspection, Insurance, and Securities. The pricing is very reasonable for the type of programs they offer. For the real estate sales exam software it is only $59. For this price to have a leg up going into the exam it is well worth it. And the package will include over 750 questions offered in different formats and focused areas of study that you can work on. So if you have a weakness in one area you can tailor practice exams for that weakness and overcome it.

Some of the topics covered in a typical CompuCram Real Estate Sales test package include:

  • Business practices and ethics
  • Agency and listing
  • Property characteristics, descriptions, ownership, interests and restrictions
  • Property valuation and the appraisal process
  • Real estate sales contracts
  • Financing sources
  • Closing/settlement and transferring title
  • Property management

If for some reason the program does not work for you, CompuCram offers a full guarantee that you will pass the first time you take the exam. For $59 dollars it is hard to go wrong with this Real Estate Exam Software Package.

  1. Way not, you can ever know too much, you can always learn something new and if you have been in the school for many years, it’s a good start to practice on study training again.

  2. I think it is a great way to learn and practice testing.
