There are blind people, wheelchair-bound people, elderly folks, people pushing babies in strollers, etc, trying to navigate our walkways in Winter here, and it is beyond irresponsible not to have the walks one is responsible for cleared-off right away. There are blind people, wheelchair-bound people, elderly folks, people pushing babies in strollers, etc, trying to navigate our walkways in Winter here, and it is beyond irresponsible not to have the walks one is responsible for cleared-off right away.
