Qik.com For Realtors – Live Streaming Video From Your Phone
I just came across Qik.com and have not played with it yet, but it could be a great tool for real estate agents showing a home recently on the market to a prospective buyer.
What Qik.com offers according to their web page is:

there’s certainly a lot of gizmos out there isn’t there – finding what works, and what’s easy to use is perhaps the biggest challenge. Think about the time we waste trying to get our “gadgets” to function. And just when we get them figured out, something new is brought on the market..we buy it…and there we go again…head scratching our evening’s away while we set-up our latest gizmo
