I would like to see some research/empirical data to see the current trends of what people are doing to find real estate/realtors. Are they Googling san diego real estate or are they looking at Realtor.com first? Personally, I don't like realtor.com etc.. and would think that people would rather google to find an agent in their area and search the MLS in that area. Am I wrong? What is the trend?
