I do not know about you, but when I was in my 20s I was always ready to go with new ideas. Just at that stage raw ambition and motivation were not enough sometimes to get me over the hump.
However, the new crop of Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 have the motivation and the skills to excel in todays market. Reading through their bio’s it is interesting to see how each one made the grade.

Lol… Brad Veneklase, one of this year’s winners, was censured and fined by the local Realtors organization and he under investigation by the State of Michigan.
