Guilty Verdict in St. Louis Real Estate Agent Assault
After writing about this assault over a year ago on a St. Louis real estate agent, it is great to see this news.
The real estate agent sexually assaulted last year by a man posing as a home buyer said Saturday she was happy and relieved that a jury had found her attacker guilty after a three-day trial that had its bizarre moments.
“We’re glad it’s all over and done with,” she said Saturday. “We’re really happy with the jury’s verdict and glad that everything turned out the right way.”
After two hours of deliberations, the jury at 1:28 a.m. found Matthew Wilson, 50, guilty of forcible sodomy, sex abuse, robbery, felonious restraint and four counts of armed criminal action. He faces multiple life sentences. Sentencing is set for July 18. via STLtoday
She also says that she now checks the ID of every person who she shows a house to.

What can a person do when their agent is clearly discriminatory
towards them. Most laws cover buyers, employees, lenders, etc.
Complaints can be filed via the BBB. Some states have regulatory
boards that will consider complaints, but this is as unusual case.
Any thoughts/
