Help us to fight further eminent domain abuses in the United States on Kelo Day, June 23rd.
The unbridled power to take our property by the government is one of the great dangers we face as a society. Private property rights are one of the cornerstones of our country.

Comment by Susan Hilton - Texas Aggie Realtor in College Station Home Sales on 17 June 2008:
Eminent domain is SO over used! I have no problem with it when it is for the public good but a new development for Walmart is NOT for the public good!
Comment by City stealing houses on 11 November 2008:
It is truly a shame the way that the city abuses its power given to them by the State and Supreme court. They take any property they want, when they want, even when its not for public use. The worse part is that they are offering a 110K less than I owe the bank on a property that I am already rehabbing. I am not going down without a fight though.
