Marketing a New Home In a Tasty Way - With M&Ms?

I am not sure how anyone can use this but it did strike my fancy. M&M’s are now able to carry pictures on them.

Now I am not sure if this would be better for branding an individual house in a candy tray or putting your picture on them, but who can argue with using M&M’s to promote your product?

There Is 1 Response So Far. »

  1. Brett Shaw from Cyberhomes:

Advertisers will do just about anything these days. As far as real estate is concerned, however, I don’t know how this would pan out. First of all, in order for home pictures to be of any quality, the M&M’s would have to be about 3 inches in diameter. Second of all, the “melts in your mouth, not in your hand” statement is a bit unreliable. The melting factor would play a big part in my decision to not use this as a marketing tool. Sure, it’s a cute idea for grandkids, but that’s about it. I would be surprised if there are any takers in the real estate community. You would be much better off by using sites like Cyberhomes.com for listings.
