There will be over 60,000 in the street and more if Obama gets voted in. We are all doomed.!Everyone that earns a paycheck count on 40% deducted, 54% if you own a business and that doesnt include health insurance that Obama is mandating and penalizing industries and small business not to mention unionizing ever business. Take a good look at what these demorats are about to do to all of us before it's too late! As a mortgage broker, I am boxed out of most REO and new construction purchase deals because they won't offer my clients closing costs unless the in-house lender is used. However, my real estate agents are busy writing offers and closing a few transactions. They are having to wait several weeks to get answers from the asset managers though. In regards to sellers - ouch. I'm hoping we can figure something out to help people either stay in their homes or get approvals for short sales faster. mm I am in Nevada and can tell you for certain that it is every bit as painful as you might think.
