Real Estate Marketing – Back to School Schedule
I was at my son’s karate class this morning and on the counter I saw a stack of these postcards.
It was done by a local Realtor with all of her contact information on the front and set up so she could also do it as a mailer. But the part that I love about this is that it was timely and was something that other merchants in town were happy to make available for their patrons.
Doing some rough math at PSPrint.com 2,000 of these postcards could be had for 262 dollars, or 13 cents each.
But to provide a perfect refrigerator promotion that will be sticky and that others will distribute for free is well worth the price.
What marketing material could you provide that others would be happy to distribute for you and would be so beneficial that it would remain front and center for a period of time?

Glad you liked the postcard. I have been doing them for the last few years. Martial Arts America is near and dear to my heart…..my son got his black belt there!
