Foreclosure problem, what foreclosure problem?

If you live in any one of these 10 states you would be amazed at all the discussion on why Wall Street is falling out of bed over the bad loans written across the country.

Heck the whole state of West Virginia only has 43 foreclosures. Vermont 18 foreclosures. I would bet there are subdivisions in Nevada, California, or Arizona that have these states beat on total foreclosures.

So while the country is wrapped up in the poor behavior by mainly speculators in some states, remember that there were many places where responsibility ruled the day.

  1. I am really suprised to see Louisiana on this list. You would think they would have a high foreclosure rate especially after Katrina hit a few years ago! Many people have lost their jobs and the economy in New Orleans still hasn’t fully recovered.
