phoenix is a wonderful place to live dispite the forclosure rate. the weather is great the people are awsome and the choise of activitys is fabuless. no snow, no tornados and no earthquakes. we have a lower than the national average unemployment rate too. we enjoy oue 75 degree weather in the dead of winter. we can swim in our pools in the morning and drive a hour and a half in the mid morning and go snow ski in flagstaff and other ski resorts such as sho low. our culture is a unique culture. ck it out, come on out and join us. phoenix rocks and its awsome.

I am really suprised to see Louisiana on this list. You would think they would have a high foreclosure rate especially after Katrina hit a few years ago! Many people have lost their jobs and the economy in New Orleans still hasn't fully recovered.
