I guess it is an okay idea but it works only in a small area. What do you do when you have two clients bikes, your bike, and they want to a house across town. What do you do with the bikes then??? The idea is pretty good but not all that practical in most areas. Most clients I have want to go to different areas in the city. No way could we use bikes.

If I get some BPO’s around the area I will ride bike, but haven’t tried with a client as of yet and am certainly open to the idea. I do know of some agents that are trying it with some success.

Innovative way to market to those people who live the “green life,” but I’m wondering if bike riding might confuse the majority of homeowners, or even look unprofessional to some. Make sure you know your client before doing something like this.
