It's disgusting that they cant even make a clean bill for exactly what the problems are without earmarking things for racetracks, and provisions that will aid the manufacturers of "certain wooden arrows designed for use by children." Worse yet, the same people who presided over this mess now deem themselves to be the saviors who shall preside over the plan to fix everything. I will hold back further comment until I get a better understanding.
