Are you looking to invest in Ugly Homes? Well HomeVester does, they are the We Buy Ugly Homes franchisor which buys the big billboards in bad neighborhoods.

But they also keep track of the best markets for investing in homes. Now their definition and our definition of best markets for investing in homes may be a little different, but we do see where they are coming from. Finding older inventory that can be bought for cash at a discount is a business model that many have found great riches in.

  1. Great list, but nothing on there is really too surprising. Dallas and the surrounding areas in Texas have always been great places to live and invest, regardless of the economy or what is going on in the markets.
